CAIR, the unindicted co-conpirator in the largest federal trial against Muslims and Muslim organizations charged with funneling millions of dollars to Hamas to engage in terror and murder, is a Jihadist organization. CAIR uses the weapons the PC liberal Elite have perfected to destroy this country and its constitution, all in an effort to impose Shari'a. They say of course that they have no intention of forcing Shari'a on anyone. But their approach to silencing their foes with race-baiting and name calling fits their Jihadist profile perfectly. Their Middle Eastern brothers use swords to behead the infidel. CAIR uses the sword of "democracy" to achieve the same end. In time, democracy will be replaced with the sword. A Press Release in Response to the Press Release of June 28 by the

Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR)

We have a policy here at SANE where CAIR or others are concerned, meaning those who use names and make charges intended to harm our organization if not to incite Muslims (now Blacks) to harm us. The policy is not to protest or defend against these, presumptive charges, or indeed to assume the defensive.

As to matters of fact, for example where CAIR is particularly concerned as defenders of Islam and Shari’a, there is genuine point of fact they can respond to and we will notice it. This, as distinct from base slurring and name-calling by them in the mode of their American civil rights counterparts, is their opportunity to answer our factual claims about Islam and Shari’a. Mistakes on this subject, or on others relevant to us, for example our own statements, we will correct.

In the press release of June 28, 2007, CAIR asserts a racist motivation to impose prison terms for "adherence to Shari’a". Do they oppose this if Shari’a is against the US Constitution, and American law?

CAIR’s assertion that SANE  “questions whether women and African-Americans should be allowed to vote” is not more than an indiscriminate haze of speech designed to dismiss SANE’s important and original critique of science-Certainty and the Open Society. CAIR should study these things before speaking not least because this critique explains, and predicts, CAIR’s own modus vivendi with the West as a convergence with our Elites regarding Muslim purposes: the active form of civil rights toward the destruction of the West and the establishment of the World State.

Perhaps it is not a wild guess that CAIR’s flurry of invective and haze is prompted by SANE’s correct understanding of Shari’a and Islam, it being CAIR’s job to do all that Islamic law requires to protect it here in the West from SANE’s Mapping Shari’a project (www.mappingsharia.us). But then CAIR’s grasp of public discourse is proving to be little more than a mode of terror, of intimidation and contempt for reason and decency.

In sum, we maintain no reasoning man would make these charges after reading anything at SANE unless they ranked smearing and damaging “opponents” much ahead of discourse, including the charge of Racism.

Understand that we do even this much in rejoinder to protect our friends – but also to challenge them. CAIR has posed for them the choice whether to side with men who defend and worship, literally, murder, as preferable to being called Racists for associating with SANE.

What people fear, being called racist and all the rest, is not simply intimidation and silence, this being the danger and purpose of the charge of Racism from the ACLU or the New York Times. Intimidation and silence are powerful threats. But these are threats of the passive phase of the Open Society. What Americans fear from CAIR in being called Racist is the active phase of the Open Society. The active phase is the World State itself – “totalitarianism” in our present language of democracy realized. Here we must understand that the charge of “Racist” from CAIR is the threat of murder. Is this not the Shari’a way of more complete intimidation and silence? For our part we cannot in reason and self-respect justify more comment than this on CAIR although we will refute assertions of fact if any such happen to be made.

   CAIR calls on producers to repudiate group's 'hate-filled agenda'

WASHINGTON, June 28 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Council on American- Islamic Relations (CAIR) today called on the producers of a PBS-sponsored documentary on "moderate Muslims" to repudiate their alleged ties to a racist group that seeks to impose prison terms for "adherence to Islam" and that questions whether women and African-Americans should be allowed to vote.

David Yerushalmi, the president and founder of the Society of Americans for National Existence (SANE), recently published an online article in which he claims to be the attorney for Frank Gaffney, Alex Alexiev and Martyn Burke, the producers of the controversial PBS documentary "Islam vs. Islamists: Voices from the Muslim Center."

The taxpayer-supported documentary linked to the founder of SANE has been criticized as agenda-driven and biased. An article in the Arizona Republic newspaper quoted the executive producer for the PBS series that funded the documentary as saying the film had "serious structural problems (and)... was irresponsible because the writing was alarmist, and it wasn't fair." In February of this year, SANE offered a policy proposal that states in part:

"Whereas, adherence to Islam as a Muslim is prima facie evidence of an act in support of the overthrow of the U.S. [sic] Government through the abrogation, destruction, or violation of the U.S. Constitution and the imposition of Shari'a on the American People... It shall be a felony punishable by 20 years in prison to knowingly act in furtherance of, or to support the, adherence to Islam."

Another SANE article states: "Is there something unique about the Black American (or, at least the Black New Yorker) that leads him to murder so disproportionately and to most often kill and victimize his own? Do we see patterns of Black culture that arise out of Africa and the wanton murder of blacks by blacks there? Why have the colonized blacks of the African continent, after having acquired their freedom and independence, so willingly slaughtered their own and live in despicable disease and squalor despite a land of enormous riches while Indians of the Indian sub-continent have successfully moved from British rule to democracy and relative civility even in a country that still maintains social inequalities as a fact of their culture?"
