يشكر نيافة الانبا أرميا الأسقف العام و سكرتير قداسة البابا شنودة الثالث بابا الاسكندرية وبطريرك الكرازة المرقسية سيادة المستشار سري صيام رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا على قرار المحكمة الصادر اليوم – الاربعاء 7-7 - 2010 - من المحكمة بوقف تنفيذ حكم المحكمة الإدراية العليا الذى يلزم قداسة البابا بإصدار تصريح زواج ثانى بالمخالف للنصوص الالهيه الواضحة والصريحة والمخالفة لتعاليم الكنيسة الارثوذكسية القبطية ، ويخالف وتعاليم الاباء الواضحه الصريحة فى هذه المسألة .

ويعبر نيافة الانبا أرميا الأسقف العام و سكرتير قداسة البابا شنودة الثالث بابا الأسكندرية وبطريرك الكرازة المرقسية عن شكره لسيادة المستشار سري صيام رئيس المحكمة الدستورية العليا على قرار المحكمة الذى جاء تعبيرا عن فهم واعى وناضج لنصوص القانون ، وحس قومى رفيع للحفاظ وحماية وحدة المجتمع من شر الفتن والتوترات .

ويشيد نيافة الانبا أرميا الأسقف العام و سكرتير قداسة البابا شنودة الثالث بابا الأسكندرية وبطريرك الكرازة المرقسية بالسادة المستشارين نواب رئيس المحكمة ومفوضيها لفهمهم الحس الدينى والتشريعى للنصوص الالهيه .

ويؤكد نيافة الانبا أرميا الأسقف العام و سكرتير قداسة البابا شنودة الثالث بابا الأسكندرية وبطريرك الكرازة المرقسية عن بالغ تقديره لمعالى المستشار ممدوح مرعى وزير العدل لسرعة أستجابته فى تشكيل لجنة لدراسة وأقرار قانون الاحوال الشخصية للمسيحيين .

الحمد لله ان الكنيسة المصرية رفضت تنفيذ حكم المحكمة حتى يزداد اضطهاد الكنيسة لشعبها بحجة تنفيذ تعاليم الكتاب المقدس وسيكون هذا هو الحافز لخروج النصارى من ضيق المسيحية وظلمها الى رحب الاسلام وعدله وانا ابتداءا اهنئ كل من يفر من الظلم المسيحى الى العدل الاسلامى مبروك عليكم الخلاص

Molems and Islam have very bad reputation due to thier hatred , terrorism and crimes againest humanity.As the west ensures equal opportunities regardless of race and color,moslems ensure equal terrorism regardless of race and color"Blacks,whites,asians" .Islamic terrorism targeted the five contenents .one of my niegbors,a liberal does not believe in any religion, made a meaningful comment"christians regarded Davici Code as an insult to Jesus and reacted peacefully and quietly and soon forgave while moslems regarded some cartoons published in a Denmark as an insult to Mohamed and thier reaction was and is still violent and out of limits and still hold grudge and vengeance.I commented"Christians reacted peacefully and soon forgave because of thier christian heritag and moslems's reaction was a direct heritage of Islam.a comparision between teachings of Jesus about love,mercy,passion and forgiveness for the sinners and teachings of Mohamed and the Koran about vengeance,stoning,cutting human organs of the sinners reveal the difference between Christianity and Islam.Moslems have to face the truth and addmit what thier image in people's minds is.just barbarian terrorists

Mohamed Abdel Aziz has provided an evidence beyoned any doubt of the rudness,hatred speach and insolence as an example of what moslems learn from Mohamed and the Koran.In civilized countries like USA, giving such discriminatory and hateful speach "such as pigs and monkeys"is punishable by the law for years behind bars and be sued for compensation.his comments support the truth of Islam as being a religion based on racism and hatred and agression if a moslem could not physically hurt,he hurts verbally as moslem themselves call it the lest of faith.Islam does not meet the priciples of United Nations regarding basic human and relgious rights.we do not blame moslems but we pray for them ,they are victims of Mohamed and Islam which decieve them and satan the source of all evil.hatred.discrimination.The holly bible teaches us all humans are equals in God's eyes while the koran teaches to kill,behead,hijack and blow up all humanity

I asked my moslem nighbor.Will elect a copt as a president.if he is the best candidate and has proven record of achievements and able to prosper the counytuor a moslem candidate has no experience or knowlege?he answered NO,how can a christian becomes the president of a moslem country,off course I will vote for the moslem.I told "Americans chosed Obama over senator McCain for they thought he would fix the economy haha,their choice was objective and for the benifit of the country and people ,regardless of color,race or ethnic and religious background...this point reveals the true face of isalm as it is imcompetable to modern democracy and its teachings contradict basic human and civil rights of minorities and differnt ethnic groups.a form of raciam based on religion not less evil than racism based on race or color of skin.the judge made his verdict based on his racism of religion and abandoned the law and human rights.we all remember similiar verdicts based on religious racism like the right of a christian to marry four wives and also our beloved Pope Shenouda and the coptic church confronted this form of racim and won with the power of the Holy Spirit.

انا معاك فى كل اللى قلتة ياستاذ ابراهيم وربما اكتر بدليل ردود بعض المسلمين وحنقهم على قرار الدستوريه وكيف انهم يشعورون ان الدولة بتدلع المسيحيين كما هو واضح فى تعليقاتهم على الخبر لكن بصراحه تعليقك كان جامد شوية. ولكاتب المقال اقول اكسب عدوك باللين وان حاكم نفسة خير من حاكم مدينة.

I am very happy with the comment made by Ibrahim because it is practical. All of us needs to know that Egypt is not a progressed country as usa or Australia .... The bad condition in Egypt now affect every one Christians and Moslems as well . BUT definitly christian affected much more than the general moslem population . IN EGYPT we need to move forward so all of these problems affecting christian mainly and deffinitly moslems as well will improve, we need better education we need people to read and to understand what they are reading . More knowlodge will help Egypt to get out of this major problems which are every where . criticism only will not fix the problems but to have a change e.g El,barad3y, or some one else who can stop the corruption and the illitrasy ....then fanatism , discremination between moslem and christian and between moslems and moslems as well will improve and the world will give us some respect , all of the exepected changes will never happened if we will get a religious government of any sort we need to have the non religeous government to achieve some progress, yy

بصراحة انا شايف ان صاحب هذا التعلبق الانفعالى خانه التوفيق وكتبه وهو مدفوع بحماس غير مبرر ونظره غير واقعية لما تجري علية الامور اولا الكنيسة رفضت والوله هى التى رضخت وعندما تتراجع الدولة فمن الحكمه ان تعطيهم مساحه من الحركة لحفظ ماء الوجة ولذلك فعنترية سيادتك في هذا الامر غير مقبولة تانيا مصر لا هى دوله موسسات ولا قانون واظن حضرتك متابع وشايف وعدم التعامل بحكمه مع زبانيه جهنم هولاء اعتقد هايبقي ليه مردود عكسي ويقدروا يعملوا حاجات كتير فوق خيال سيادتك وساعتها سيادتك هاتطلب العفو والسماح مش انهم يعتذرو لك ثالثا حضرتك وعلي اي اساس جبت الشجاعه والقوه دى واصبحت بتطالب بالعتذار واحنا مش واخدين ابسط حقوقنا. اة الناس كلها وانت منهم بتحاول لكن فجاة كده نقفز علي كل هذا الوقع والمعطيات المؤلمة ونقطع في الكنيسة وقرارتها ونقول لا لازم يعتذروا. تقر سيادتك تقولي باماره اية رابعا افرض ودة اكيد انهم مش هايعتذروا وافرض كمان وده كان وارد جدا انهم لم يلغوا حكم المحكمة تقدر تقولي ساعتها طلبات سيادتك كانت هاتكون اية اخيرا اتمنى ان سيادتك ما تكونش سيادتك واحد من اياهم اللي هم مجرد معترضين علي اي قرار تاخدة الكنيسة وهو اي كلام حنجوري يتقال والسلام المهم ان احنا قادرين علي الكنيسة مش عارفة تعملة . يا ريت سيادتك تتفضل تنزل الميدان وتطلب الاعتذار ليك شخصيا واهلا بالفارس ويا مرحب بالمعارك
